👉 One of My Binance Friends Opened a Position on $NIL — So I Checked It... And Hmm 😼

Guys, one of my Binance friends opened a $NIL position near the top, so he's in loss. Instead of simply telling him to hold or sell, I checked the data first.

NIL is around $0.087, down heavily from the $0.1495 high. Short-term structure is still bearish, but the data is showing some interesting absorption.

Derivatives first: OI dropped from 106.9M NIL to 96.2M during the dump, showing major deleveraging. Overall L/S was 0.55-0.64, while top trader positions stayed around 2.1-2.2 long. Futures CVD was -21.7M, spot CVD -16.3M. Orderbook delta turned positive at +26.7K, with futures +81.2K and spot +1.1M.

Spot flow is where things get more interesting. 1H showed around +$2.06M, 4H +$2.61M, and 1D +$8.04M net flow. So despite the price weakness, spot buying/absorption is still visible.

Liquidation liquidity sits around $0.0888-$0.0908, then $0.092-$0.095. Below, $0.084-$0.085 and $0.0815-$0.082. The 1H VWAP is around $0.0883.

My Configuration

Current Entry: $0.0845-$0.0870
Recommended Entry: $0.0820-$0.0840
Max Deep Entry: $0.0795-$0.0815
TP1: $0.095
TP2: $0.110
TP3: $0.130-$0.140
SL: $0.0775

The other reason NIL is interesting for a slightly longer-term hold is development. Nillion's Dusk has gone live on Ethereum mainnet with encrypted Covenants, and the network shows 13.9M NIL staked and 21 Blacklight nodes.

But good development doesn't mean price must pump immediately. NIL already pumped heavily before the event, reaching $0.1495, then started correcting. That's normal in crypto, so risk still needs to be respected.

If NIL reaches the entry zone, wait for 1H confirmation: improving candle structure + volume + spot flow + CVD. If these improve together, the long setup becomes much stronger.

For my friend holding from the top: if the position is small, waiting for the deeper zone can make more sense than panic selling here. But if $0.0795-$0.0815 breaks with worsening flow, reduce or close the position instead of hoping. $QNT
