Within the next five years, Successful Company's organizational structure will be completely different from today. The capabilities required of the people in the most important roles will also be completely different—because this batch of "new employees," AI, is becoming smarter, cheaper, and faster at a pace that humans can hardly imagine.

So what should we learn? There is only one answer: learn how to solve hard problems, and also learn how to pose new hard problems—then lead an AI army to tackle complex issues at massive scale in parallel.
