MINI ALTSEASON? THE DATA STARTS SAYING YES 👀
I’m not going to call Altseason just any green weekend.
But this time there’s something different: the biggest alts started beating Bitcoin.
In the last 30 days:
BNB +11.6%
XRP +10.8%
ETH +9.5%
BTC +7.2%
Meaning, the three major alts I’m tracking outperformed BTC over the same period. In relative terms, BNB/BTC improved by about +4.1%, XRP/BTC +3.4%, and ETH/BTC +2.1%.
And here’s the data I care about most:
The Altcoin Season Index is at 57/100 in its main 90-day window.
It’s NOT Altseason yet: it needs 75.
But its monthly reading is already at 78.
To me, that perfectly describes the current market:
we don’t yet have a structural Altseason… but we do have a MINI ALTSEASON / early rotation.
There’s another interesting confirmation.
Bitcoin dominance fell from roughly 57.6% to 56.9% over the last month, while ETH slightly increased its market share. It’s not a massive outflow from Bitcoin, but rotation is starting to show.
Now here’s what matters for trading:
If ETH, BNB, and XRP keep beating BTC, while the Altcoin Season Index moves closer to 75 and Bitcoin dominance continues to decline, the rotation could quickly extend to lower-cap alts.
But if BTC starts absorbing liquidity again and regains dominance, this mini altseason could end as fast as it began.
That’s why I’m not just looking at who’s going up versus USDT.
I’m looking at who’s starting to beat Bitcoin.
Are we seeing the beginning of a real Altseason… or just a short rotation before BTC takes over again?
