In this kind of structure, rebounds are often just making room for short positions. ADX has surged to 60, and sell-side strength is clearly in control. RSI hovering around 34 also hasn’t shown any sign of a bottoming out.
What we need to pay attention to is that the price is a bit far from the 1-hour EMA50—there may be a short-term bounce. But as long as the bounce doesn’t reclaim above the moving average, the trend will still continue downward. Chasing longs from this position carries high risk.
