$BCH CME futures haven’t even launched yet, and they’re already making the price gains give it all back???
Last week, CME officially announced 10/19 for Bitcoin Cash futures (standard 250 contracts + micro 25 contracts, pending regulatory approval). On top of that, Grayscale released the materials for converting the BCH Trust into a spot ETF. In the short term, it even surged out of roughly 30% gains. But today the market is moving the other way: Binance BCHUSDT perpetual is at about 309.24, opening around 339.13, high about 341.09, low about 304.00—down about -8.81% in 24h. Volume is roughly 236 million U, with around 1.19 million trades, and open interest about 386k BCH≈1.20 hundred million U. The funding rate is nearly zero. The institutional narrative is still there, yet leveraged longs got washed out first—this feels more like “a mood/positioning fade before the good news actually lands,” not that the story itself has collapsed. $BCH This round of abnormal volatility—what do you think?
