In the Binance Futures and Margin Trading section, you can open a position with leverage at different rates, starting from 2x and ranging up to 125x. The lower and upper limit leverage ratios determined for each coin are different. For example, while Bitcoin can be traded with up to x125 leverage, many altcoins are limited to x50.

Binance 2x simply means that you can trade with twice your money. For example, you can trade with $20 when you have $10. Likewise, you can make three times the transaction with Binance 3x, 5 times with Binance 5x, and 20 times with Binance 20x.

Trading with Binance leverage is both profitable and risky. For example, many people focus only on the earnings part and open positions. However, high volatility in cryptocurrency markets may cause you to experience a quick and sudden loss. Therefore, small leverage ratios are recommended in the first place.
