I only took a serious look at the $CASH cash-on-the-square project today.
It feels more like it’s testing whether “posting” can directly turn into on-chain rewards, rather than first painting a big promise. My view is pretty simple:
The bar isn’t high, and it’s suitable for people who usually hang around the square. The requirements are for original content, and you have to fill the word count—at least enough to deter some copy-paste. Rewards are distributed via on-chain payments, which is more solid than a verbal commitment.
But the project is still very early; the price and popularity could swing a lot. I won’t treat it as a sure thing. I’ll just treat it as a content experiment for now, and see whether the review and payouts are actually smooth.
What do you think—can a “post original content to earn rewards” model run long-term?
