I didn’t lose my money in the market...
I lost myself.

For two years, I was looking for the flaw in the strategy,
changing the indicator, changing the timeframe, changing the platform.

And the truth nobody tells you:
The problem wasn’t in the chart—it was in my head.

I used to enter the trade knowing I was wrong, just to prove I was right.
I would watch the stop-loss get hit and say: it will come back.
I’d make 1% and celebrate, lose 10% and say: it will make up for it.

The market doesn’t need to defeat you—
you defeat yourself every day.

Since I wrote these rules on the wall in front of me, my portfolio and my life changed:

1. I don’t enter a trade without a stop-loss written before I press the buy button.
2. I don’t chase any candle that has risen more than 15% while I’m just watching.
3. I don’t trade when I’m angry, or afraid, or trying to get revenge on the market.

It’s not a genius plan, but it’s the plan that kept me alive.

If you’re going through this stage, you’re not failing—you’re just a human learning discipline.

Write the word "discipline" in the comments.
I’ll send you the risk management file I use personally, for free.

Remember: the market will be there tomorrow, but your capital might not be.
