【Others Get Liquidated—Why Do I Start Paying Attention?】

When the market is at its craziest, it’s often not the most comfortable time for ordinary traders.

For example:

ETH suddenly drops
↓
A large number of long positions get liquidated
↓
The price accelerates quickly
↓
OI drops rapidly
↓
Trading volume suddenly surges

At this point, I won’t immediately try to bottom-fish.

I’ll keep observing:

Has the liquidation already been fully released?
Has the OI stopped falling?
Is trading volume starting to fade?
Has the price shown signs of support?

What’s truly worth paying attention to isn’t:

“How much got liquidated.”

But:

After liquidations, whether the market still has the momentum to keep killing.
