Before, when it came to trading, I was honestly not very interested. I would just place trades if I happened to see opportunities; if I didn’t, then that was it. I also didn’t really spend much time maintaining my trading routine.

Until this June, when I was called back for mandatory military training (teaching call-up). Suddenly, I felt like I could pick this up again.

I spent a month getting my touch back—slowly re-finding the rhythm for entries and exits, risk control, and market feel. Only in July did I officially start trading again.

Over these months, the market has been good and bad. When it was time for the market to “discipline” me, it didn’t miss me. In July, there was a drawdown of nearly -4,700 USD in a single day, and in September I also ran into several stretches of consecutive losses.

But at least now I can accept losses more than before, and I’m less likely to have a few bad trades disrupt my entire original rhythm.

From 7/1 to 9/27:

Total Profit: 15,995.65 USDT
Total Loss: 4,262.62 USDT
Net Profit: 11,733.02 USDT

I’m not expecting to be like some KOLs, where a single trade can net tens of thousands of U. I also don’t need myself to turn 5,000 U into 500,000 U in a short period of time.

Those stories look exciting, but what I care about more right now is whether profits can be consistent, whether drawdowns can be controlled, and whether the end result is enough to support my lifestyle.

For me, trading in the end feels more like a job that requires continuous practice.

When the market is favorable, make a bit more. When it’s rough,吐出 a bit less. Fewer emotional trades, fewer pointless entries—if I can gradually push this curve to the upper right, I’ll be satisfied.

Three months +11.7K—keep going.
