Wu Shuo learned that CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost said the altcoin market has recently attracted a large amount of capital. The TOTAL2 market capitalization, including ETH, has increased by more than $371 billion since June 2026, a gain of about 45%. At the same time, the performance of altcoins on Binance relative to the 200-day moving average has improved markedly: in August, around 80% of altcoins were still below the indicator, while now only about 13% remain below it, meaning that roughly 87% have already moved back above the 200-day MA. Darkfost believes this shows that upward momentum in altcoins has significantly strengthened, but the market is also beginning to show signs of frenzy; historically, similar conditions are usually difficult to sustain for long.
