Bitcoin dominance is holding below 60%. Not yet an altseason, but the psychological threshold is clearly lost.

Facts (snapshot ~22:50 UTC, 26/09, CoinMarketCap Global):
• BTC.D live 58.59% (yesterday 58.52%). ETH.D 11.35%
• Total mcap ~2.89 T$ · altcoins ~1.20 T$
• 30d CMC series: recent peak ~59.8%, floor ~58.5%, still below the 60% line
• Kraken spot: BTC ~84.3k (+0.3% vs open) · ETH ~2689 (−0.1%) · SOL ~121 (−0.7%) · XRP ~1.52 (−2.9%). Coinbase BNB ~773
• OKX funding is calm (BTC slightly negative). Fear & Greed 74 (Greed). OI OKX BTC ~2.38 B$

Interpretation: a BTC.D below 60% dilutes bitcoin’s weight in mcap, but the weekend still shows BTC relatively firmer than XRP/SOL. This week’s ETF flows (+$2.4B BTC) remain the institutional counterbalance. This is a market-structure read, not an alt-buy signal.

Scenarios:
1) Bounce back above 60% with BTC leading → dominance regained, lagging alts
2) Drift toward 58% / bottom of the range while alt mcap holds → more credible relative rotation
