CleanSpark raises $2.2760 billion in debt to fund the Georgia data center
CleanSpark, a Bitcoin miner, has closed a debt financing agreement for $2.276 billion to fund the construction of a data center in Sandersville, Georgia.
The financing consists of notes with an interest rate of 7.875%. The proceeds will cover construction costs and will reimburse the company’s equity contributions it had already made to the project. The Sandersville facility operates under a 20-year lease agreement.
