Price of $WLD ripped from that 0.3558 low and just printed a clean high at 0.5510 on the 4h. We’re sitting at 0.5335 after that spike, still up almost 15% on the day. The move higher looks strong, higher highs and higher lows for the most part since the bottom, and volume picked up nicely on the way up.
Look at this level though 👀
0.5510 got rejected pretty quick. That wick and the immediate pullback tell me sellers showed up. RSI(6) is sitting at 79.8 — that’s stretched. Markets don’t stay this overbought forever without cooling off a bit.
If bulls keep control, we need to hold above the recent swing and push back through 0.5510 with volume. That would open the door for continuation.
If we start losing the current structure and slip under the last higher low area around the mid-0.47s, the move starts looking tired and we could see a deeper pullback toward the previous demand zone.
This is the part I’m watching closely.
How price reacts right here between 0.53–0.55 will decide the next leg. Strong hold and reclaim of the high keeps the momentum alive. Clean rejection and lower highs would shift the short-term picture.
