$QNT just went vertical… but is the next move still up?

$QNT is now sitting right under the 124.97 resistance. Price is showing some rejection around the highs.

SL: 128
TP1: 120
TP2: 116
Support: 120 / 116
Resistance: 125 / 128

My view: short looks better from the current zone, especially if $QNT fails to break and hold above 125. A rejection could trigger a decent pullback after this aggressive rally.
