🧠 TAO IS MOVING AGAIN… BUT THE PRICE ISN’T THE MOST INTERESTING PART 👀
Bittensor (TAO) has been getting attention again, with TAO recently moving above the $300 area and gaining strongly over the past week.
But I don't want to talk only about the chart.
Because the bigger TAO story is happening underneath it.
Bittensor isn't simply trying to be another AI token.
It is building a network around decentralized AI, where different subnets can focus on different types of intelligence, computing and applications.
And right now, the network has 129 subnets listed across the Bittensor ecosystem.
That's what makes TAO interesting to me.
🧠 AI is growing rapidly.
⛓️ Bittensor is building an open network around it.
🌐 More subnets are creating different use cases.
💰 TAO connects the broader network economically.
There’s also been fresh protocol development this month, including the V461 upgrade, which introduces basket trading for root validators.
Of course, a rising price doesn't automatically mean the fundamentals will succeed.
AI crypto is extremely competitive.
But that's exactly why I'm watching Bittensor (TAO) beyond the daily candle.
The question isn't:
“Can TAO pump tomorrow?”
The better question is:
“Can Bittensor become meaningful infrastructure for decentralized AI?” 🤖
If the answer eventually becomes yes, the TAO story could look very different from what people see today.
