The related collateral rights have been released as well. As of June 30, the company had pledged 5,821 bitcoins, then worth approximately $340.7 million. The loan carries a fixed annual interest rate of 6.15% and was originally due to mature in April 2027. Riot is also concurrently expanding its data center business; it has previously signed a 20-year capacity leasing agreement with an AI developer for 191 megawatts of computing power.
