One of the main arguments from the LUNC community is the progressive reduction of the supply through burn mechanisms.
Recent data show that total supply is approximately 6.448 trillion LUNC, while circulating supply is around 5.525 trillion.
Reducing supply is interesting from an economic point of view, but it is important to put this in perspective: burning tokens does not guarantee appreciation. For the reduction in supply to have a relevant impact on price, there needs to be sufficient demand for the asset.

🏗️ Is development happening?
Yes.
Terra Classic governance continues to present proposals involving infrastructure, IBC, liquidity, development, and new integrations. Recent proposals include funding for IBC relayers and work related to network liquidity.
Another recent point was a network security update. The community reported the activation of v4.0.1-patch.3, related to the fix of a vulnerability in smart contracts.
This shows that there is development and governance activity.
But again:
proposal is not the same as adoption.
What really matters from here on is knowing whether these initiatives can generate utility, liquidity, and real demand.

⚠️ The big risk
We cannot analyze LUNC without remembering its history.
The collapse of the Terra ecosystem in 2022 destroyed an enormous amount of value and deeply marked the project. The current Terra Classic is the continuation of the original chain, while the later Terra ecosystem followed a new chain.
That is why LUNC remains a high-risk position.
In addition, the supply remains gigantic.
With approximately 6.45 trillion LUNC, imagining extremely high prices requires a very large market capitalization.
