$BTC $ETH $PONS #合约 #合约交易 #Live trading record
🗓 9/26 18:30 CST

BTC open interest dropped 2.34% over the past 24 hours; it’s now at 7.953 billion, and the price is still stuck around 84,104.
This setup doesn’t really look like an incremental (new) trend—more like leverage is slowly being withdrawn. Money hasn’t truly flowed in; the price is merely pushed by sentiment. The order book looks okay: among 725 USDT perpetual contracts, 469 are rising, accounting for 64.7%. But the funding-rate signal is quite conservative. BTC is at +0.00110%, ETH at +0.00308%—the long side isn’t willing to pay high costs to hold overnight.
The fringe coins are causing a commotion, though. For example, 2Z is up 34.45%, but its funding rate is -0.34691%. With shorts crowded like this yet the price is still being pushed up, it suggests this move is likely a squeeze rather than driven by fundamentals. On the other hand, PONS has a funding rate of +0.01392%, yet its price is down 3.76%—the long side is paying and getting beaten up. That’s the most uncomfortable type of position today.
In this kind of situation, would you usually act, or wait a bit?
