Capital B CEO: The only asset the US government is unwilling to sell is Bitcoin
In an interview with BTCPrague, Capital B CEO Alexandre Laizet said the company plans to continue buying Bitcoin as quickly as possible, in a way that is more value-accretive, and to hold it long term. He noted that global financial institutions and companies are accelerating their adoption of Bitcoin, and that the US government has also designated the Bitcoin in its strategic reserves as a non-sale asset. Since most capital can only participate through the securities market, listed companies can use equity and debt financing to expand their Bitcoin allocation and take part in building digital capital markets.
