Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says Tehran has presented Washington with a proposal that could reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days — if certain conditions are accepted by the United States.
According to reports, the proposal is based on the framework of the June U.S.-Iran Memorandum of Understanding, but with a much faster timeline.
