Bitget announced that the vulnerability related to the security incident on September 24 has been confirmed and fixed. Withdrawals will be resumed in phases after the completion of security checks. According to Beijing time, BTC withdrawals are scheduled to resume on September 28 at 16:00, ETH on September 29 at 16:00, USDT on September 30 at 16:00, and other tokens, fiat currencies, and P2P services on October 2 at 16:00. Bitget stated that users’ account balances were not affected. The platform’s protection fund will cover the financial losses caused by this incident, and trading and deposits are currently operating normally. Mandiant and SlowMist are continuing to assist with the investigation.
