Asset World Corp. Pcl’s new Thai real estate investment trust plans to raise at least $1 billion in a listing to fund expansion of its hotel and commercial property business, according to a senior executive.

Bloomberg reported the REIT is part of billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi’s Asset World.
