Solana hits a record of $4.6 billion in tokenized assets
Tokenized real-world assets (RWA) on Solana have just reached a new high. Their value climbed to $4.6 billion on September 23, according to RWA.xyz data. At the same time, the number of wallets holding these assets has nearly doubled in a month.
RWAs on Solana reach $4.6 billion, up 11.47% over thirty days.
685,850 wallets now hold at least one tokenized asset on the network.
SOL is up 16.3% in seven days, to $116.79 on September 24.
record to qualify
The $4.6 billion figure deserves some clarification. RWA.xyz distinguishes between $4.49 billion in assets effectively distributed on-chain and a total of $4.6 billion when “represented” titles are included. This second category corresponds to assets whose value is stated by their issuer, but which do not necessarily circulate on the blockchain.
This distinction does not call into question Solana’s progress. Over thirty days, the total value of RWAs increased by 11.47%. Above all, the number of wallets involved is now 685,850, nearly double what it was a month ago, as reported by U.Today based on RWA.xyz data.
Cointribune had already been tracking Solana’s RWA flows earlier in the month, when the network was gaining ground in new issuances.
Stablecoins remain at the heart of the ecosystem
Behind these billions are not only tokenized bonds or funds. The main players present on Solana are above all infrastructures related to stablecoins.
