Congress approved the money last year, but there's a catch: the Pentagon has until September 30 to actually place the orders or the money goes away.
It has already committed $307 million and plans to place the remaining $93 million under contract before the deadline.
That doesn't mean all the weapons arrive now. The first deliveries started this month, while others could take years.
And no Patriot missiles are included.
Those are already in short supply after the wars in Ukraine and Iran, even as Kyiv keeps asking for more.
