Despite the fact that BTC is showing bullish divergence on the daily chart, it still remains as steady as ever; SOL is actually up by around 4%, and ETH’s price action is closely following BTC.

Meanwhile, altcoins are rising and falling one after another—just when you think you’ve seen it all, a black horse suddenly bolts onto the scene, teasing your nerves.

This feeling is really too familiar.

Back then, when I traded XRP, I got hurt badly—so badly that people even nicknamed it “the scammer’s hook-up wave.” Later in 2024, I went heavy on DOGE futures, always thinking it could finally blast off… but turns out 0.48 already became the high of that whole cycle.

After that, just like my mindset, I could never go back to how things used to be.

Prices kept sliding, positions kept getting drained, and what ran out wasn’t just the principal—there went the reckless impulse to chase breakouts without a second thought.

Only later did I slowly understand:

Futures don’t make it easier to earn money—they magnify your greed and your fear.

When you’re making money, you feel like you finally found the secret to wealth;
when you’re losing, you always think the next trade will make up for it.

So you keep adding to your position, keep holding on, keep averaging down—yet even when you’ve clearly gone in the wrong direction, you end up going farther and farther just because you refuse to accept it.

Leverage magnifies more than just returns.

What it truly magnifies is a person’s desires, fears, unwillingness, and wishful thinking.

The most terrifying thing in the market isn’t a crash.

It’s when you see others making money, and you start believing again:

“Not this time—I won’t make the same mistake again.”

Then your hands start itching, and your heart starts getting restless.

Whether it’s BTC’s divergence, or SOL’s rise, or ETH following along, or the sudden black horse appearing among altcoins…

All of that is just the market.

What you really need to watch isn’t the candlesticks—it’s your own hands.

Control your hands; sometimes that’s the biggest technical skill a trader can have.

After experiencing a few truly meaningful losses, you’ll finally realize:

At first, we think about how much money we can make from the market.

Later, you discover that how long you can survive in the market may matter even more.

No more fantasizing about catching every black horse,
no more dreaming of flipping your life overnight,
no more panicking because you missed the move,
and no more getting impulsive just because someone else is making money.

If you understand, then act;
if you don’t, then wait.

Opportunities are always there, but your principal isn’t. #交易心理
