Team1 India's latest Avalanche Speedrun, which opened September 21, allows AI coding tools. Its rules still require a deployed, demoable prototype and an explanation of how it works. Fuji testnet is enough; real funds aren't required.
My takeaway: AI lowers the effort of producing code, but it doesn't remove responsibility for the result. A small working feature is easier to judge than a huge generated codebase.
