According to Wallstreetcn, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Friday that regulators in Ohio and Tennessee may take enforcement action against Kalshi Inc. over allegations that it evaded the two states' sports betting laws, and the company failed to convince a three-judge panel that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) was the only federal agency authorized to regulate its business or that federal law barred state action.
