The story of the sell-off after a spike-and-reversal hasn’t finished—this round of knockoffs came roaring back together in the afternoon. QNT bounced from the 24-hour low of 77.9 up to 93.8; PHA surged another 45 points, just shy of the intraday top at 0.0765—one more step and it would have hit; ARK followed up, jumping 25 points; XPL saw volume of 440 million USD, rising 20 points on the move. Those who were calling for distribution earlier now have to write the script again.

More specifically, inside the rotation, it started to split into factions: SAGA dumped 3.6x its usual volume, dropping 16 points. True movers are truly rising or truly falling—QI and VTHO are still prolonging their own narratives. This kind of rotation with clear relative strength is healthier than a broad-based pump, but it’s also harder to catch.

On the other side, BTC is tucked around 83920 without moving much; the funding rate remains negative at -0.25. Ethereum’s funding rate is topped up to 0.65. This divergence has never converged. Money dares to keep placing heavy bets on small caps, but won’t touch BTC. Oil is stuck around 98.9 moving sideways; gold at 4275 isn’t moving either. Silver quietly gained 0.7%, and that’s actually more active than gold. With macro not giving direction, the money keeps rummaging around in small caps.

What really needs watching is whether this second top attempt—$PHA —can hold up the profit-taking from the prior wave. If it catches the distribution, then it’s a fake signal. If it doesn’t, then tomorrow will be the familiar old script of spike-and-reversal again. We’ll see how it plays out.$PHA $BTC
