In the same period, BTC slipped slightly by about 0.13%, and PIXEL does indeed show relative strength.
Taking a closer look at the four 15-minute candles: at 20:00, 20:15, and 20:30 they all closed higher in sequence, and the 20:45 candle closed at 0.00654, still close to the 0.00665 high. The 20:15 candle alone accounted for about 858,000 in volume; the next two candles were about 503,000 and 199,000 respectively—momentum is already cooling off. An hourly volume up tenfold sounds dramatic, but the absolute traded value is still only 1.83 million. Liquidity isn’t especially thick, so any pullback could be amplified if you chase the price.
