ETH IS AT A VERY IMPORTANT DECISION ZONE — BREAKOUT OR REJECTION?
$ETH is trading around the $2.7K area after recently pushing toward $2.8K and facing strong selling pressure near the highs. ETH is still holding above an important support structure, but buyers need to reclaim the $2.8K zone to confirm a stronger upside move.
Key levels I’m watching:
Support 1: $2.625K–$2.650K
Support 2: $2.540K–$2.560K
Resistance 1: $2.775K–$2.800K
Resistance 2: $2.825K
Major upside zone: $2.900K–$3.050K
Bullish scenario:
If ETH reclaims the $2.775K–$2.800K zone with a strong 4H or daily close and increasing volume, the next area I would watch is around $2.825K.
A clean breakout above $2.825K could strengthen the bullish structure and bring the $2.9K–$3.05K region into focus.
Bearish scenario:
If ETH gets rejected again around $2.775K–$2.825K and then loses the $2.625K support zone, the pullback could become deeper.
In that case, $2.540K–$2.560K becomes the next important area to watch. A decisive break below this zone would weaken the current recovery structure.
Possible trade setup:
Breakout setup: wait for a confirmed close above $2.8K and preferably a successful retest before considering an entry.
Pullback setup: watch $2.625K–$2.650K for a confirmed reaction instead of blindly buying the first dip.
Invalidation should be defined before entering, because losing a major support zone can quickly change the setup.
I’m not interested in chasing a green candle.
Confirmation first, position size second, trade third.
ETH BREAKOUT OR REJECTION — CAN ETH FINALLY RECLAIM $2.8K AND TARGET $3K, OR WILL SELLERS PUSH IT BACK TOWARD $2.6K?
