Strategy Inc (MSTR) proposes amending the terms of the perpetual preferred stock STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD to record the dividend record date as every calendar day.

The proposal has been approved by the board of directors but still requires shareholder approval. The company expects to hold a special online meeting on October 28, with the record date for the shareholder list being September 25.

If approved, STRC is expected to pay its first dividend under the new mechanism on November 2; STRF, STRK and STRD are expected to start from January 4, 2027. Strategy said this change does not affect the dividend payout ratio, the total recurring dividends, or the company’s overall payment obligations.
