Strategy said in an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that its board approved a special shareholder meeting on September 24 to review changes to the terms of its STRF, STRC, STRK, and STRD perpetual preferred stocks. According to Foresight News, the proposal would replace regular dividends with daily payments, making each calendar day a dividend record date and paying any declared dividend on the next business day.

If shareholders approve the changes, the first daily dividend for STRC is expected to be paid on November 2 to holders of record on November 1, while STRF, STRK, and STRD are expected to make their first daily payment on January 4, 2027. Strategy said the changes would not affect the dividend rates of the four preferred stocks, the total amount of regular dividends, or the company’s overall dividend payment obligations.

The special shareholder meeting is expected to be held online on October 28, with the record date set for September 25.
