A rare day on the spot ETF: nobody went into the red. On Sep 24 (ET), five baskets closed green at once — $BTC, $ETH, $XRP, $SOL, and even Hyperliquid. This is no longer “just bitcoin got poured in,” but broad institutional buying of risky crypto bets in a single day.

SoSoValue / Trader T figures for Sep 24. $BTC: +190.65$ m (6th day in a row), IBIT +162.63$ m, spot AUM ~108.92$ b ≈ 6.43% of bitcoin’s market cap. $ETH: +66.01$ m (5th green day), ETHA +26.81$ m. $SOL: +32.81$ m (the second-best day of September), Bitwise BSOL +27.97$ m. $XRP: +14.89$ m. HYPE: +4.77$ m. Total ~309$ m in a single day across five assets.

My take: yesterday’s headline about the fifth green day of $BTC was about depth. Today’s story is about breadth. When $BTC, $ETH, and $SOL/$XRP are bought at the same time, this isn’t rotation “from bitcoin into alts,” but risk-on across the whole shelf. The price of $BTC is around 84 000$ after a pullback from ~87 000$ — inflows are going into the dip, not into the highs.

Question: will the six-day streak for $BTC and the five-day run for $ETH hold through Friday’s session — or will institutions lock in ahead of the weekend?
