Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the United States proposed a new round of technical-level peace talks between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States in the United Arab Emirates. According to Sina Finance, he said the proposal was raised during U.S.-Ukraine talks held this week on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Zelenskyy said he is now waiting for a proposal on the date of the talks. He added that a Black Sea maritime ceasefire was also among the topics discussed in New York, along with reciprocal ceasefires to restore transport through the Black Sea, especially grain shipments.

Zelenskyy also said U.S. President Donald Trump has made a final decision and that Ukraine will be allowed to produce Patriot missiles, without giving a timeline.
