Dell Technologies fell 2.51% overnight as the AI giant came under pressure again. According to Sina Finance, recent SEC filings showed several senior executives sold millions of dollars of company stock in the open market, including the chief financial officer and general counsel.

According to Sina Finance, Dell's chief financial officer David Kennedy sold 23,896 shares on September 17 for about $13.5 million, while general counsel Richard Rothberg sold 4,000 shares for $2.3 million. The article said insider selling began earlier this month, with human resources chief Jennifer Saavedra and marketing chief Geraldine Tunnell also selling shares on September 4.

Dell shares have risen more than 17% since the start of the month, outpacing the Nasdaq 100 and the S&P 500. The article also said Dell's AI server revenue doubled from a year earlier and its backlog climbed from $51.3 billion to $95 billion.

The report said investors are also watching three broader concerns: Oracle's financial strain, whether a U.S. business-cycle indicator entering recession territory signals weaker growth, and the impact of rising U.S. funding rates on stocks.
