On September 23, OpenAI said that over the past two years, Academy held more than 250 events, with content reaching over 4 million people. In the new community instructor pilot, instructors are required to have participants complete the course and guidance assessments first, before leading hands-on workshops.
For training enterprises or communities, you can break delivery down into:
1. Task samples closely aligned with the job
2. In-person practice and bottleneck logging
3. Debrief materials and instructor versions
Demonstrating the tools is just the beginning. The real deliverable is whether learners can get their own work processes running end-to-end.
