The used phone I bought earlier on Alpha was from Jd—Love Recycling’s official shop. The phone came from Chengdu. I guess any city slightly bigger would have inspection points. The seller shipped it the same day; it arrived that night. The next morning the inspection results came back. Once everything was confirmed, it was shipped within two or three hours.
The inspection report was fairly detailed—tons of minor issues and all kinds of details were listed. I guess a lot of people would just choose not to buy after seeing it.
