XRP Is Waiting on Bitcoin, and So Am I An analyst who called for $0.70โ€“$0.90 $XRP back in March just flipped his view. ๐Ÿ˜„ His reason isn't even XRP, it's Bitcoin. Meanwhile price sits around $1.50, up 15% on the week despite today's 4.5% dip. And I kind of get it. Bitcoin's been holding above its 50-week average for about a month and just broke its May high, which he says has marked the end of every bear market since 2014. XRP hasn't pulled off the same thing yet, so right now it's following, not leading. So the whole trade really comes down to $85k on Bitcoin. If BTC clears it and heads toward $93k, a daily close above $1.60 could send XRP to $1.80 ๐Ÿš€. If Bitcoin gets rejected there, I'd expect XRP to lose support and slide toward $1.30. Vincent Van Code is less optimistic, since XRP got smacked from $1.62 and momentum is still ugly. He also flags a $2.7 billion pile of leveraged positions near $0.98. After a 70โ€“80% rally, a deeper shakeout before year-end wouldn't surprise me one bit, so I'm watching Bitcoin's chart more than XRP's right now. ๐Ÿ‘€ #Ripple #Altcoin Season#
