Does Binance really only care about making money?
I’m not afraid of retaliation, and I’m not afraid to tell the truth.
I’m 52 years old this year, and I’ve been in this market for a while. Sometimes I profit a few thousand, and sometimes I’ve lost a few thousand in one go. I accept the risks of the market; I’m responsible for my own trading decisions.
But what I can’t accept is this—what I’m getting isn’t just the gains and losses from the market, but one crushing blow after another from Binance.
I’ve been questioned and attacked from all sides: merchants, friends, and even banks. Yet what disappoints me most is that it’s the platform I’ve used long-term, trusted, and invested money into.

Does your company really only need to consider “how much money to make”?
Shouldn’t a truly great company also value customers’ trust, dignity, respect, and long-term relationships?
I’m not asking Binance to help me profit, and I’m not asking Binance to take responsibility for my trading losses.
I’m only asking for one thing:
Respect your customers.
Customers aren’t a string of numbers—not a transaction fee, and not a revenue source on Binance’s financial statements.
We entrust you with our money, our time, and our trust, and therefore we have the right to expect the most basic respect, fairness, and humane treatment.
CZ, if Binance wants to become a truly enduring company in the global finance and cryptocurrency markets, it shouldn’t just calculate how much money it makes today—it should also think:
“Why do customers choose to stay?”
Because of trust.
Once trust is depleted, no matter how large the trading volume or how impressive the numbers, it can never truly make up for it.
I can accept losing money.
But I can’t accept being treated by my own trading platform as someone who is only worth being counted, but not worth being respected.
This isn’t a complaint.
This is my dissatisfaction—and the truth I, as a Binance user, should have the right to speak.

I’m Brazilian with a lot of pride; I didn’t need judicial pardon for committing some crime. Dignity disguised collapses one day. .. It’s not @CZ . Do you have the courage to reply to me?
