The NES case is not over for me.
I believe that Binance’s and the NES team’s handling of the contract incident harmed the users who bought the coin during the affected period. Buying remained available after the incident, then we faced restrictions on dealing with the coin, and in the end, our purchases were excluded from the 1:1 migration.
The issue isn’t price volatility or a trade loss, but how users were protected after the incident—and who is responsible for the decisions made afterward.
