ZEC Europe’s first ETP is now listed
Those who follow ZEC’s story know that I’ve broken this year’s market outlook into four layers of fuel:
Regulatory shift → Institutional accumulation → On-chain demand → Scarce structure.
Today, the second layer has officially ignited:
21Shares has launched the first Zcash ETP in Europe, and ZEC briefly broke through $1,650 during intraday trading.
What is an ETP?
It’s essentially the compliant ETF for Europe.
Meaning: European investors can now legally allocate to ZEC through a traditional brokerage account.
Do you remember how, two weeks ago, the SEC concluded its investigation into the Zcash Foundation?
Do you remember Multicoin’s disclosure of ongoing net buying?
These pieces are now being connected by a single thread:
Privacy assets are being absorbed through institutional, regulated channels.
With the first layer of regulation taking effect and the second layer of institutional access opening up,
what remains is the third layer (the real demand behind the 30% shielded pool) and the fourth layer (the halving hard cap)—both still on the way.
Back then, people said privacy coins have no future. Now, looking at Europe’s first ETP, I wonder what they’re thinking.
