Users continued to buy NES via Binance Alpha after the incident, then some users faced restrictions on dealing with the token. In the end, purchases from that period were not included in a 1:1 transfer to the new contract.
The issue is not price volatility or losses, but protecting users and clarifying responsibility after the incident. To date, we have not received a specific contractual clarification that addresses the core of this point.
