As mentioned exactly, NIL failed to break the $0.15–$0.16 resistance zone and pulled back again after reaching $0.1495.
Price is now around $0.128, showing that sellers are still active beneath this key barrier.
For now, NIL remains below resistance. Bulls need a clear breakout above $0.15–$0.16 before I consider any further/new bullish continuation.
Until then, the possibility of rejection/rollback remains.
