⚠️ Binance is stopping support for UAH. What is known
As of September 28, 2026 (10:00 Kyiv time), Binance:
• completely closes UAH deposits and withdrawals via Fiat Trade
• removes the USDT/UAH trading pair
• automatically converts all remaining UAH balances into USDT at a rate of 1 USDT = 46.5 UAH (until 18:00 on September 30)
Why did this happen?
Binance has not officially named a specific reason. In a media comment, a representative of the exchange said the decision was made as part of a regular product review—taking into account market conditions, user demand, and operational factors.
Experts also point to possible additional reasons:
- increased NBU oversight of card transfers;
- high compliance risks for direct fiat operations;
- low liquidity of the USDT/UAH pair $(most of the volume has long been on P2P).
