Simple refinement: Bitcoin wave two’s first attempt at the 88,000 area faced pressure and pulled back, but the short-term decline does not necessarily mean the uptrend is over. Going forward, there is still potential to break into the 88,000–94,000 range.
On the short-term level, 82,000 is an important watershed. If price holds the 82,000 support level, it preserves the conditions for another push higher; if there is a decisive breakdown below 82,000, then the 78,000–76,000 range will become the potential pullback low point of wave two, and also a likely area where the market’s expected wave three could start.
Ethereum in this cycle has been relatively stronger. It surged to a high of 2,820, and the strong support zone has shifted upward accordingly to 2,640–2,560. Short-term downside space is limited. The price action shows fairly strong correlation: if Bitcoin launches another upward push, Ethereum may further test the 2,850–3,000 target zone.
Overall, the current market is still in the wave two phase, and there remains an opportunity to pull up again and make another high.
