According to monitoring by Specter Investigation, the privacy stablecoin payment network Payy Network is suspected to have been attacked, with approximately 1.8 million USDC transferred out. The attacker previously obtained initial funds via the privacy protocol Railgun, then exchanged the stolen USDC for ETH and distributed the funds across 3 addresses.
