A consortium backed by BlackRock Inc. and IFM Investors Pty has entered exclusive talks to buy Stack Infrastructure Inc.'s Asia Pacific data centers, people familiar with the matter said, according to Bloomberg.
The potential deal is valued at about $25 billion.
