Wu Shuo learned from SEC filings that Robinhood co-founder and CEO Vladimir Tenev sold 259,166 shares of HOOD on September 21. The blended average transaction price was about $125.58, bringing in approximately $32.55 million in cash. The sale was carried out under a pre-set trading plan under Rule 10b5-1 established in September 2025. The SEC filing shows that Tenev actually sold Class B shares, which automatically convert into Class A shares upon sale. After the transaction was completed, he still directly held about 48.035 million shares of Class B; additionally, 6,907 shares of Class A were indirectly held by his Living Trust.
