I believe that when making decisions, you need to follow three principles:

1️⃣ Whoever bears the consequences makes the decision;
2️⃣ When consequences are shared, whoever carries out the task does the execution, and makes the decision;
3️⃣ When execution is shared, the person with the best judgment makes the decision.

Everything is the same—if there are no principles, you can’t do things well.
Higher-level, more systematic principles lead to better decisions.
